At the end of last year we had to rollback our Cloudflare Migration due to a redirect loop incident that affected a handful of customers. (https://status.readme.io/incidents/wbm0pz8kz1mm)

Since then we've worked very closely with the Cloudflare Enteprise Support team to ensure a smooth transition this time.

Nothing needs to be done on your end, we will initiate the switch at 8pm PST to minimize the business impact.

We're really excited about the improved speed, reliability and security that all ReadMe customers will experience with this infrastructure upgrade!

It's possible that customers who setup ReadMe with their CloudFlare configuration may experience minimal downtime (up to 10 mins) as CloudFlare reconciles and validates the new configuration.

We will be monitoring uptime very closely and vigilantly scanning Support conversations to ensure that all customers have seamless experience.
