We're on schedule to migrate to Cloudflare today (Dec 19th) at 10am PST. There is a possibility that some customers will experience downtime during the transition, but we expect it to be seamless for the majority of customers. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will post here for any important updates.

The switch to CloudFlare has been delayed. ReadMe customers currently using CloudFlare need to turn off the proxy on their end before our CloudFlare configuration can take control of the SSL layer. The ReadMe Support team will be reaching out to those customers for next steps.

We're really excited about the improvements that all ReadMe customers will experience with this infrastructure upgrade!
Customers that setup ReadMe with their CloudFlare configuration will experience downtime of a few minutes up to 30 minutes as CloudFlare reconciles and validates the new configuration.
To minimize the business impact for those customers we will initiate the switch at 10pm PST on Tuesday, about 24 hours from now.
Customers without a CloudFlare setup will be unaffected.
